Can you learn spell from WoE? I know it acts like Campaign and they don't let you learn there.

Edit:

Just tried to learn Tourbillion in Nyzul, thought if we did a floor 100 we needed a spell from every mob anyway, but got Khimmy. Rousney Wanded him to death with another BLU, seen over 30 TP moves, none of which were Tourbillion. Lame.

Figured I'd post this here. Just upgraded the BLU body; the refresh effect is now 2/tic on the +2 version.

More than 99% likely. Coupled with sash it should be very effective however.

I didnt play blu since lvl~85 what would be good blu spells/ spell sets / gear sets with lvl 99 assuming I had all spells?
Oh and is the new sword ws any good or waste of merits?

Overall the sword WS will be a waste if you have other classes and have access to Chant already. Better to unlock Realmrazer for situational blunt exploitation / in preparation for Nyzul II.

Is the new WS better than vorpal/savage blade at least? And how bad is the attack penalty compared to resolution/shun?

Savage yes, Vorpal will average higher. It's a 20% penalty at 100TP.

Well shit. I guess 85 almace + str magian would still be a lot better than 2x str magian using requiescat with CA and vorpal otherwise?

almace+str magian is better than pretty much anything. STR+STR use vorpal.

Is there a list going about of what our AF2+whatever gear is? I seem to keep missing it. And I suppose is any of it really worth going to pick it up?
