not even 100% sure that the First Lieutenant Assault version can use it. I've never seen a dice roll result in Tourbillion. Would have to kill the goblin and hope it has the ability.

Because it's the superior town body, not because of its use as a TP body. On that note Toci's is the real best non-refresh TP body still, likely best WS body still as well (maybe Athos's inside Abyssea).

Feet have skill so unless you got some augmented mederi feet you'll probably want em. They will probably replace my current benthic feet.

Athos's Boots, which also replace your CDC feet, evasion feet, and probably TP feet given inventory constraints (definitely if using Homam). Skill+3 has minor value but Blood Greaves can get up to +5 (and STR if you're willing to burn a lot of tatters) so it'll really come down to whether the Diffusion enhancement is useful or not.

A note for anyone who may be apprehensive about trying to solo Bloodrake in Bostaunieux Oubliette, they're pitifully weak. Worst part was that there's only one in the room. Just Regurgitation -> Sneak -> run to the NE hallway and you shouldn't aggro any dogs.

Edit: Nvm more than one, some xp party was killing them off.

Actually I take that back. Pending the set bonus's effect and if you need all 5 pieces for it to be active, that might not be true.

I think the set bonus would be incremental, someone said that generally if it doesn't have a value for the set bonus it's incremental. But it's hearsay, so take it lightly.

Hm, forgot about those I guess. Really depends on set bonus effect, but Kacura +1 is probably better. 2% critrate per piece for set bonus seems unlikely, but I could be wrong. Still not bad on your inventory though since Kacura are also good phys boots.

Tourbillion can easily be learnt from the Assault Bellaphroon's Bliss (Khimaira 14X). We killed the moblin and it just used it normally. Would advise not holding at low HP due to it liking to use other moves like Fulmination.

I'm pretty positive that Athos's are better than Kacura. 4DEX 7acc > 1%crit rate (assuming minimum 1%crit from set and assuming this 4DEX isnt benefit your crit rate)

Btw if someone is not using heavy strike for Dynamis farm especially w/o refreshII then this person is retar... doing it wrong. In addition if someone cant optimize HS set to hit regularly at EP-DC mobs (beside THF type) then this person is doing it very wrong.

I don't see why not, but like learning Body Slam from Purple, The New Black, you get ONE chance, unless you know someone else who needs it.

You might be able to have the person who needs the BC warp out so that you can try again. (So long as he/she doesn't need the move also.)

Only mobs I have an issue with landing HS on inside of dyna are the DC THF and NIN types. Everything else is fine.
