Side question: Did any one ever tell the exact amount of slow Cimicine Discharge gives? I always thought it was 18% or something like that. Account in active so I can't check myself. Thanks in advance if someone can check!

I think it's 15%, not completely sure though. I do remember that it's less than Filamented Hold for sure.

Doesn't it have dmg varies with tp? Does it just mod the att boost Or is that a typo by SE?

It's damage varies, I haven't bothered doing conclusive 150TP or 300TP tests though as it's tedious as fuck on Unbridled Learning spells. I would actually guess that it has an attack penalty rather than bonus after having used it for a bit now, will have to confirm at some point.

Yeah was kinda wondering how high it can get. Well did you actually test the ftp being on all hits or just assuming since pretty much all the newer blu spells do?

It's on all hits like all newer BLU spells.

Most physical spells follow the 1 hander pdif formulae. A few of them follow the ranged pdif formulae.

Standard SC, replace whatever Fragmentation Spell that you used to use with Tourbillion, and with any leftover time do QC -> QS -> QC -> QS. Probably something better, but too tired to formulate anything solid atm.
