Small note for debuff data, Sheep Song should be 0:30~1:00 and Yawn should be 1:00~1:30. I've had mobs wake up a couple seconds past 0:30 on Sheep Song and definitely before 0:40. I don't have data to rule out 0:31 as the minimum nonresist duration though.

That was on the 95 version. I'll try to get around to followup testing this week to expand the sample size, I was expecting 30% at 99. Still within confidence interval though.

Conversion range is consistent with my 95 tests and with reported conversion range at 75.

hybrid set

I'm actually using a Fast Cast/evasion Mirke instead of Athos's Tabard right now for lack of the latter. Aurore Doublet, SH+1, Antares Harness all work there. Only other feet with haste and eva are Aurore so use that or your normal haste feet as you please. Boxer's secondary to Fugacity obviously. Not sure what head options there are for hybrid off the top of my head, could just get a NQ. Secondary waist would be Twilight I guess, nothing else really available.

Here are both of the sets which I use. Generally they're built towards recycling as much gear as I can because of inventory clogging. I may have made a mistake with the sums. I started them a long time ago and just make small changes with builds.

Full Evasion Build

Noteworthy: Almace(90)/Shamshir +3(AGI). 376 Base Skill (C Rank), 393 with Equipment (B- Rank). Additional Evasion: 23(AGI) + 15.3 (Skill) + 81 (Evasion) + 10 (BLU Trait) = 129.3 Evasion.

Could also use a Heed Ring, but I very rarely seem to use this anymore. Anything I find worth evading I can rely on just my hybrid. I'm using the Kacura +1's just because I have had 0 luck on getting any Athos equipment and they're from my CDC build. Before I used them, I used Denali Mittens (from my -DT builds) and Magus Charuqs iirc.

Hybrid Evasion Build

Noteworthy: Almace(90)/Shamshir +3(AGI). Maintain's 24% Equipment Haste, 10% Double Attack (17% with BLU Trait, 20% with WAR Trait), 3% Triple Attack (8% with BLU Trait) and -5% Dual Wield Delay. 376 Base Skill (C Rank), 393 with Equipment (B- Rank). Additional Evasion: 20(AGI) + 15.3 (Skill) + 36 (Evasion) + 10 (BLU Trait) = 81.3 Evasion. 92.3 with /DNC Evasion Bonus 2 Trait.

The most expensive pieces in this build are really just from my TP build. If you don't have any of those, use what ever you would for that slot. Like Nightfyre, I also used to use Mirke Wardecors for this, but I choose to use Loki's instead. At the loss of ~5 Evasion, the Store TP +7 reduces this build by ~1 attack round from 0 TP and gives the crit damage boost.

Both builds can be upgraded with a Fugacity Mantle. However, I have favouritism for Boxer's and don't warrant -800k~1Mil for an extra 3-4 Evasion.

You could set it up to automatically set them for you, but it wouldn't be much quicker than manual setting unless you don't have them organized (Like me, for the moment).

The closest you can do would be to automate certain commands. For example, open your set BLU magic list and then hit the automate command and the game would automatically:
Up > Up > X > Up > X > X > Down > X > Up > X > Sideways > X

Something like that (If thinking about it from a gamepad perspective).
