I'm hearing that it is probably +20% attack, with the same 60 second duration as Triumphant Roar. I suppose it is at least an upgrade (albeit one that comes with a higher point cost, unless they made it useful for traits), but I really wish they had thrown a little more duration on it.

Fowl waters is resist silence 4 points 10 HP 4 vit 76 MP
Ret glare = Conserve MP

Nature med = Acc bonus
Embalming Earth = Attack Bonus
Para Triad = Skillchain Bonus
Rending Deluge = Magic Def bonus

Oddly, Nature's Meditation wasn't working after learning. Anyone else have that issue? It would come up with command error.
I was hoping for something a bit longer than 60s but I'm happy with this.

Dart gives max hp boost with other max hp boost spells. The command error is due to Spellcast

Yeah just saw that now oddly wasn't showing up. That is odd definitely worth reporting. Still that's a fairly impressive drown effect
