Lamia Deathdancer

So wandering around Caedarva Mire I found this NM called "Lamia Deathdancer". Just curious, anyone figuredo ut if this is a NM that pops 21 hours (like the ones in CoP were added) or what? Or any idea what it drops? (JP killed it and either didn't understand me or were ignroing XD)

Yeah, it's called Torrent, very similar to Torrential Torment that Yovra use, only it is single-target and not AoE so a bit less annoying.

We had a normal DC lamia Torrent our ninja on our way through reef.

All of them have it. They also have a single target Amnesia move.

All Imps have AoE Amnesia too -.-

Amnesia just locks down WS and JA? Or does it lock down other things as well?

I did this quest...

We just sleep/nuked and when the npc quest giver asked what its weakness was I guessed "a certain magic".

Next earth day I came back he told me I was wrong but quest was completed and I got 200 Imperial Standing Points even for doing it wrong

I'd have to say yes. There was a quest that I got when I first came there and the guy who gave it to me was talking about getting stripped by a lamia.

Hmm, are you sure about that? I got nailed with it tonight while doing the Corsair quest and Cursna did nothing to me (I'd told them to cast it on anyone who got Amnesia after reading this).
