Question about new currency

I don't know if it has been asked before, but is there a NPC that lets you exchange different currency?

Say you have a mythril piece and you want to break it down into silver piece, or if you have bronze piece and you want to trade up for silver? Is there a npc that does this?

You can break down currency in Nashmau.
Not sure about unifying.

the same NPC will convert bronze to silver ans silver to mythril, but gold can only be broken down.

Someone actually got 5 mythril and tried it?

EDIT: I tried trading him 5 Bronze coins, several times... nothing happened. He does not trade up.

Just talk to him, he'll tell you what he can do.

I did... he doesn't trade up, only down. Until you can somehow prove to me that he trades up, I will continue to believe that my failure to do so means he can't.

I can't get him to trade up either, would be damn nice if someone could explain.
