Square-Enix had shown some several month timeline for updates with the new expansion, dunno where a link is.

You know what I would like in new spells? Ancient magic for blm that combines 2 elements based on lvl 2 skillchains.

Like a spell thunderstorm that combines wind and thunder and when combined with that skillchain, there is a very large bonus in dmg.

I'd rather see that than Bio III or Thunder V.

Dunno if you saw the dats, but Breakga/Silencega/Blindga/Slowga all got updated, like Uts:San's dat, into realistic levels/description/mp cost.

That would be pretty cool, but don't go dissing Bio III...I'm drool'ing over the prospect of changing Byakko from a 3 minutes fight to a 30 second fight (fuck you melee and your wanting of a fucking haidate).

Merit Point Adjustments! So vaguely stated that is, but somewhere at sometime someone said that spells might be available by Merit points? (Adjustment will probably be making Merit points available to the new jobs though)

Yeah i thought there was going to be new spells coming out >.> Really disappointed about that. Was also hoping they would update merits so you can add more, like on Critical hit % ;;
