I do all the time. I'm playing this game called FFXI right now. Zelda is a series that changes quite often. They've stuck with the OOT formula for quite a while but will likely change it on the Rev-err Wii. I like sequels that improve upon predecessors but I hate it when the only difference is those improvements. Zelda does NOT fall into that trap, even though the OOT formula has been in the past 3 games they are all fundamentally different in important respects, which is more than you can say for most series (cough GTA cough)

Twilight Princess doesn't seem to follow the same formula story-wise. Maybe Zelda does get kidnapped, I haven't heard about it, I've just seen that image of her in the 'funeral robes' or whatever. Link transforming into a wolf with a little imp-thing on his back? Sounds a little like past games in that that same sorta thing usually happens in the Dark World, but it was never a main gameplay mechanic beyond Majora's Mask transformations. (BTW if they somehow fit Oni Link into this game as an unlockable, maybe after playing through your first time or completely collecting all the heart pieces/etc, it will own.)

Name is silly, Wii ? I dont like it but it wont stop me from buying it.

@ Zelda series, yes, all of the most sucessful zelda games are the ones that tried attatching you to them and making them amazing with a story of Save the world/princess, mixed with good gameplay.

That is why OoT was so sucessful, and some of the GBA ones werent , where you just had to go save some tree? wtf who cares about a tree. I havent played any of the GBA aside from LttP remake , because they were just silly.

Winning formula + a touch of difference in story + alternate gameplay = winning game. Had they changed the formula to go rescue a salami sandwich , I highly doubt there'd be anything going for the zelda series.
