Teleports you to the Chocobo stables of their respective towns (ie: Republic Stables Medal teleports you to the front door of the stables in Bastok...etc)

Easily the best event items ever IMO. I had all three from that card quest also. So now they are random drop of the event NMs?

How I wish these things were 1/1, 20:00-24:00 use. Something along the lines of the Tavnazia Ring or the Olduum Ring. Would probably be some of the best items in the game if they made them that way.

There was a time way after the event was over, they recharged them for free or am I thinking of something else? I have an image in my head of me beating myself silly for throwing out my collars after I used up the charges.
