If you've never killed a wyrm, you can't speak about other people losing to it.

Several people in my alliance still had hate and tiamat was getting ready to draw them in 1 by 1. You see it go yellow and immediately go in and try to flash it,
Look at the video. If there was 0 hate from my alliance, tiamat would have turned claim over to you and not stay yellow. You would not have had to do a shield bash (like you said) to get 100% claim.
please read the new update information... and then repost, thanks!
and aurik, where is that post? it could have been an error when i typed it? the screenshot clearly show's zigma provoking first.
I don't know either party involved but....You're all sorta missing something.
I have one question, who's group is Tryon with???
Because Tryon cast stun on tiamat, BEFORE zigma used provoke on Tiamat, which would explain why it stayed yellow, they both attempted claim at the same time, so it required a second action of enmity to make it claimed to someone.
So, Tiamat was unaggro'd to anyone, two people from different LS's attempted claim at the same time, it would stay yellow until a second action, such as belkins second attempt at flash.
Seeing that, it was not Zigma's tiamat since Tryon also attempted claim at the same time. If it was not unaggro'd, Zigma's provoke would have pulled claim as well as hate.
I'm not trying to pick sides, i don't know either i'm just going from the screenshot. At the point in time where Tryon/Zigma both attempted claim it was free game, the difference is that Belkins group was able to take claim seeing as they had more than 1 person alive and nearby. Hence when Belkin flashed the 2nd time...they got claim.
However, this is all irrelevant if Tryon isn't with belkins group.
EDIT: Also looking back on it, Judah used carnage elegy on it at the same time as the voke/stun. Since none of the abilities used on tiamat incur dmg, it is no wonder with the new claim system that it didn't go claimed at first. I've had similar experiences with lesser mobs, i've cast things like slow on even too weak mobs and not gotten claim, just hate.
A glitch? Its the new claiming system.Originally Posted by Priran

Tryon is with Kinzuru, yes.
Uh, pull out the time line if I'm wrong again, but up to this point only Zigma had hate on Tiamat? And it went yellow, then he voked it but it stayed yellow? It's supposed to claim unless someone from a different party has more hate than you, why didn't it go red when Zigma voked it?Originally Posted by Belkin
Exactly. If it was totally unaggroed, there should only be 1 action to claiming but there were an obvious 4, so Zigma had hate.Originally Posted by Zigma
Why didnt Zigma get it red when he provoked? I honestly couldnt tell ya

Sounds like you're accusing Zigma of stealing off you.
emnity was on someone else then, which means... tryon.
thanks for explaining the rest of it...
And if Zigma's alliance still had hate, then Zigma's provoke would have claimed it right away, but obviously it didnt. Discuss.
Watch rabbit.wmv, it shows you how.Originally Posted by Belkin
er aurik, they were two seperate points, not chronological.
page 14 and im not reading since i left for dinner at page 7 -
Everyone was dead - Zigma had just taken a raise - he was weakened. There were no other TTF alive in the area. If Belkin hadn't flashed it, Zigma would have died in 2 seconds and this post wouldn't be here.
Now heres a question --- if what we did was so terrible....
Why didn't Parklife talk to me? I know he speaks english. He's also the leader of the linkshell... Why is it that Zigma is arguing the validity of the wipe and not the leader?
maybe because he knew there was no argument - or maybe because he hates NAs--- or maybe because in the end no matter what anyone says, we killed it and you cant have our precious siren hair...![]()
