I have fully merited Aggressor, so every 3mins/4mins10secs I have it up, even then it's still painfully bad accuracy at times, not to mention using accuracy gear on Rampage is HORRIBLE, I'm forced to use STR gear for WS, which makes landing hits for Rampage impossible if I had meat. I use one Sniper/Rajas for TP gain when ACC is an issue...and all I can think of is somehow coming up with 40-50M to get +14 ACC for Sniper +1s....but I'll never be that rich, nor do I see it being worth it.

Don't you see the big picture? Square wants bards to use Light Carol when you are fighting Puks so you can resist the flash effect.

I have uh, +60 ACC in gear, 4 aggressor merits, and with sushi I still have a hard time hitting several of the mamools and wyverns. I generally have a mid-to-high 80% hit rate at mamool camp (And this is at the Mamool-Wyvern camp, very few Puks there so Flash doesn't have that big of an impact on the end result).

And macroing in full acc gear and with sushi, Flash isn't that bad.

Whenever I wait for shit to go back up it just drops so I think I'ma just sell it...idk what's goin on with the prices on other servers though.

Gonna try and confirm this ASAP. Trying to get a hold of anyone I know ingame that has this. Can somene with this try Utsusemi out. Equip it without Sanction, cast, take it off, cast. See if it reduces the recast without Sanction on.

Speaking of ACC on rampages, right now I'm using +40 acc +49 str +19 dex + 44 att. Pretty much 4/5 hecatomb. Total Attack sits around 460. I'm using a soil gorget ontop of that and everything is fine. I've tried using a PCC over the gorget, but I really don't see much difference between the two. I have full axe merits and am working str merits/turban right now, albeit slowly since I'm soloing most-to-all of them.

In a month or two I'm dropping my main axe (Maneater) for a new axe. that cuts me out 18 attack and 5 acc. Would I be better off going with a gorget still? Or should I move back to the PCC?

Ehh going Axe/Axe is simple. You can have A-(+16) skill. It's when you get Axe/Sword, things get really complicated, you're forced to use Fortitude Torque or PCC. (Fuck you Argus, 0/5) FULLY merit Sword, leaving Axe at only +8skill and now you're splitting your merits between an A- and B weapon. Now I dont think anyone can complain about the fact that they have Ridill, but I know every WAR hates that they're using a B rated weapon @75. Damn Monks.

P.S. Btw, what Axe are you dropping for Maneater? I can't think of anything I'd rather use then Maneater. Maneater/Juggy all the way if you're dual Axing.

That was going to be my question. Even a Woodsville didn't seem worth the perks you lose by giving up the Maneater. Especially if you're off handing a Sword.
