Well, demand won't be zero. BSTs use NQ. Thief and War's will certianly use them still between 72-75. The HQ just won't be in much demand.

Plus, the NQ is a lot easier to get than the Wahalra Turban. I expect around 3 weeks of no demand for new ones, then lower but not zero demand for the rest of the time (rich people get Wahalra, sell Panzer+1, prices lower so NQ users get HQ and sell to new people, no new ones are needed in the system.
