I've exped in Mount Zhayolm off of them a few times, fast repops make it easy. If they used diamondhide it is a bit annoying but if you're strong it is gone within like 20 seconds as it is even if it is around 1300 HP. The RNGs are soft and die so fast, same with the DRK so I like the camp inside the Cerberus gate right past the wamoura to get the DRK and RNG right there.

i've done WARx3 RDM BRDx2 parties on Trolls and we've gone to chain 15. the diamondhide isn't so bad, it's just annoying to get 0TP returned if you use WS to remove it.

I can also confirm diamondhide is not dispel-able
I kept getting a no effect message followed by my attacks of 0

It's not dispellable, and neither is the defence boost that marids have.

For some odd reason though, crawlers OWN trolls. Unless the troll did Diamondhide multiple times, or enervation(def down) then boost right after, the crawlers won every time.

I found it best to Sleep trolls when they Stoneskin. It's def. not dispelable, it can be Stun'd, and it works as a AOE with other nerby trolls.

big AOE stoneskin ?? That's fucking hot.
I'm sure it works on a percentage of their HP, but even if its 500-600 AOE stoneskin, that's hawttttttt.

Xp'd off them yesterday, I thought they were pretty easy.

Diamondhide is the biggest pain when the plds use it, especially when they decide to spam it when they're down to 15%hp and kills chain...

Don't forget there Petrify attack and overthrow, and how the RNG types shoot rockets at you, since shadows can't eat/disapear from it.

just came off a exp pt session on the trolls.

NIN NIN WAR RDM RDM BRD

Blew chunks of ass, even though the war was in full adaman, and had ridill/joy


War swapped to Juggy/Ridill

Party rocked. exp/hr flew wayyyyyyyyyyy up. We were even killing with 5, diamondhide was a big problem when war was using 2 swords, but after he swapped to axe, diamondhide was nothing. Sleeping them is a very good idea, i'll try it
