if you were comparing against yourself mabye, but comparing against others "Fucking around" there are too many variables in what they might do when they do this. My rampage macro has Soil gorget in it, but my Steel Cyclone macro I have to manually equip my Breeze gorget if I want to use it, or mabye I left Soil in my mog, since I'm just exploring etc.

in any case... lot of variables to be comparing vs. others in this type of situation

if this nin is macroing gear in and out, then he obviously isnt fucking around, but if he's hitting 77% with sushi, he's le gimp.

I looked like a fool in the AV topic ??
The only person who looked like a fool was you with your fucking ANTI-SEA mentality, you're fucking one track mine that "if its not my way its shit". Your lazy ass "I dont want to waste 2 hours of my friends lives to get me a torque so I'll waste countless hours of my friends lives to get someone a ridill".
    YA OK BUDDY
I macro gear when I'm fucking around all the time >_> Mostly because I like destroying shit, but yeah... to assume he's using gimp acc gear because they're not in balls to the walls meriting is kind of stupid.

And, correct me if I'm wrong here, weren't you the one who said that the sushi monks aurik parsed against must have been stacking acc gear with their sushi and that it was stupid of them to do so? Why would you then suggest that the sushi nin should be wearing more acc gear? >_>
Might have read it wrong, and I don't care to go back look at the pages again, but yeah... that would be pretty contradictory.

    k thats cool

then dont post a parse, saying that you dont need sushi because it only adds up 3% acc.

Except that I don't count WS accuracy (it's really hard to do that reliably)...all I was counting was the number of swings he hit and the number of swings he missed. With over +32 in effective accuracy from gear during the TP phase, and then sole sushi on top of that...I don't see where this supposed taint is coming from.

I'm sorry because obviously whacking at trees with hatchets between pulls decreases your accuracy. I swear...

Wow this turned into a heated debate!!!!!

I don't care what gear people use in KRT, honestly. I've been with people who wear scorpion harness, temple gloves, spike necklace, +4 Str Rings, all shitty gear, and we can still get chain 50+. Honestly it's not hard lol.

Denchi, I dont care if someone is a meat eater...really, I dont. To each their own, everyone has their preference. But when people like Aurik talk shit like "Well if he had eaten meat this wouldnt be a problem" or "Sushi eaters should shit their wrists", expect me to retort back.

Thanks for the compliment. I *know* I build appropriately for my food. It's a subject I've done a lot of research into. I don't parse to prove I'm better than other people--in fact, usually when I parse, I parse against myself by varying my own equipment, and totally filter other people's damage, rather than competitive "who has the bigger epenis" parses.

And that's why I'm not afraid to post a parse that I "lost". Big deal, who cares. It's not like the winner gets a bigger share of xp.

I know that there's a lot of good builds with sushi, and that properly built a sushi user does fine damage, and they will have no problems chaining high and getting great xp, especially in a sushi-onry party where other factors can be tuned to favor the build.

However, in looking for peak performance I came to the conclusion that meats outperform, especially in KRT where the mob levels are so low. With new ToAU merit areas, where the mobs have higher evasion than KRT, the conclusion is a lot less clear, but I still feel that meats are outperforming, and this latest parse I ran supported that feeling.

I see how that makes sense. In the new zones, where mobs are MORE evasive, it turns the tide even more to meat instead of sushi.

What i've learned from this post: Aurik is an arrogant flaming idiot. Of course I knew that a while ago, it's just more evident in this post.

It's easy to outparse 95% of the people you fight against because 95% of the people who play this game totally suck, or have about 3 merits total, or don't care. Parses prove nothing about your build... at all. I have a STR and Sushi build, and by your standards, I'd lose to just about everyone. Unfortunately, I haven't lost a parse in KRT. Ever. (900,000 limit points). Black belt monks, haste build monks, meat eating monks, etc... Why?

95% of the people who play this game totally suck, or have about 3 merits total, or don't care. Parses prove nothing about your build...

I know there are people on this server that can beat me based on the gear that they own, but gear and the food you eat is only like 1/4th of the equation.

Meat and Sushi are both viable options. There is no aboslute. Use what works best for you. Now grow the fuck up and stop bitching and judging people in a video game based on their food and equipment. Dipshit 12 year olds.

Is that so hard to believe lol? There are probably less people who have said that on this board then there are servers.

That's part of my point... I wasn't posting that to try and be an arrogant fag like Aurik, I'm posting that to show how irrelivant parses are to your equipment build. If a meat eater and a sushi eater can both never lose a parse, what conclusions can you draw from that? And I guarantee I lost some before I even had a parser, back when my monk was gimper than Skyylya.

Hey I never claimed not to be a dick, and I could give a shit what you think of me. Let's try to be more constructive than just calling each other names, ok?

I'm responding to the people who assure me that there's no way you can eat meat in the new zones and be successful. Well, I think you can, and the numbers back me up.
