Btw, The Pld that Owned the mnk w/ Relic is in my shell, and its funny how the other mnks in my shell, who eat Hedgehog pie or Red Curry can own that pld w/ destroyers, and also outparse that mnk in xp, and swear by meat/soup.

Ill say im pro meat/soup because you can get the same amount of accuracy in gear as you can with sushi, however you really cant get the same attack bonus as you can with attack food. However in certain situations sushi will be better for you overall.

You can't? acc+15% is something like +40-45 acc.

Life belt fails compared to what you could be wearing, speedbelt, swift belt, atk/str belts.

O-hat fails compared to what you could be wearing, atk head, haste head.

More than that, it doesn't fucking matter. If I get +50 atk from gear, have minuet iv, berserk and sushi on, you are going to get the same results as eatting meat and using acc gear.

The only difference between my meat build and sushi build on most mobs is O.hat instead of Panther/E.head, PCC instead of Fort Torque, Sniper Ring instead of STR Ring.

2-3%, 9 ATK, 10-11 STR, 6 DEX/17 ATK, 10-11 STR, 6 DEX v.s. 90 ATK, 6 STR

I've always disliked Panther due to the fact that it adds little haste with no added bonus (Same reason Quick Belt sucks). Turban changes things, and will require revamping. I've already posted my thoughts about this and not going to bother reiterating.

And no, I'm not saying meat > sushi always. They're both situationally better. And for meat, you need the gear and merits for it, you can't just become lv75 and expect to pop meat. Most of the mobs you EXP off of at lv75 are low level and low evasive though.

The ACC difference between meat and sushi isn't severe, 2-3% tops in most situations. And as I pointed out before, on some mobs I don't even have a difference in ACC. The main problem comes when talking about most THF/MNK/PUP/NIN Beastmen. For instance, at Puk/Mamook camp, there's only 1? NIN mamook pop and even then he isn't that evasive. But go to the troll camp with several MNK/PUP pops and you have to use full ACC gear on them with Meat on those jobs (With normal gear, I had under 80% ACC on those two jobs compared to 90%+ on the other jobs. Macroing in ACC gear helps ofcoarse but that's then losing 9% haste for 14 ACC) to the point where it's probably better to just use Sushi.

And yes, it does make a difference. Over 10+ average damage per hit increase for a slight, if at all, ACC decrease adds a lot of damage over time. Same can be said for Sushi in the situations where Sushi is better. Food is one of the rare things that actually makes a difference in this game.

It's a good point, but even soloing i didn't get asurans that low, and even with rdm i often opened with asuran at the start (like when amnesia didn't let me use it on previous mob and it wore off as i got to next mob), so before dia2, and i would still do at least 800-900 (i often didn't boost before ws there for fear that it would move out of range as i was pressing macro if rdm casted something or converted). Also his high/low normal hits are very low too, 89/29. Unless that doesn't include criticals, criticals on those mobs should be at least breaking 100, and even 1 would show up in the high...

Eh... Nny, what is the evasion rating of PUP? I've honestly never had trouble hitting them, even with meat and moderate accuracy gear @ zhayolm, didn't seem much different than the PLD trolls. They also don't seem to have much HP at all - their automaton goes down slower than the troll itself.
