If I can't merit Quick Draw and Random Deal when I hit 75, I'm going to fucking call up the bastards in the Developing Team long-distance to japan and fucking bitch them out because those are the like, only two areas that the job fails with. Quick Draw, 3min recast (elemental shot for those of you who don't know), and Random Deal is 20min. Yes, a 20min recast JA lol. FAILURE. Gimme -5min total off that and we've got a deal.

BTW, Quick Draw is a 25unit instant claim ability that works in any direction, not just the one you're facing. Go go, Corsair bot aspid+KB.

Quick Draw fucking OWNS. Just so you know, Magic Attack Bonus makes it do more damage as do elemental staves. I ran out of attack food last night, popped a sushi and switched from Chiropetra Dagger to Vulcan Staff and my Fire Shot was doing 210 damage lol.

Except bard is guaranteed, fixed, attack/haste/whatever boost. Corsair boost is completely random.

Except bard is guaranteed, fixed, attack/haste/whatever boost. Corsair boost is completely random.

Random buff AND no dispel,elegy = BRD still trumps COR.....

I've spent about 1.5mil on bullets up to level 54.

Obviously I've only been using Iron Bullets for four levels, that estimate I gave was for all three types of bullets. The price on my server never really changes from all three, they fluctuate around 20-30k.

In response to the BRD vs. COR comparison, I wanted to also add that BRD as a puller is much more effective than a COR as puller. COR can still stay behind and deal damage and build TP towards his next Slug Shot, rather than leaving early for the pull. BRD, on the other hand, can provide faster pulling (which in essence may translate to a pseudo-Corsair's Roll tyle overall XP rate boost?), then sleep mobs at camp.

If you ask me, I like having both in the PT (BRD+COR FTW).

We never needed WHM's in most XP PT's unless you were planning on going somewhere with a status that was WHM only. Good RDM and Utsusemi tanks for the win.

Maybe. Corsair doesn't exactly have an abundance of MP gear available for subbing White Mage like Bard does.

This was about average. I broke 700 only when I got about 200%. It's really not that bad for a job that has buffs as well.
