NQ mantle about 1,4m, Hide about 4m.

I'm about to get fired too. 21 synths 1 break 0 HQ. NQ mantle about the same price here, however hides are not sold, ever.

This isn't the most epic break ever, but its my first break on an expensive synth as I'm fairly new to this stuff. Well I've been crafting casually for a long time now but eh, this is different. Just trying to sign an HQ for myself, only 0/5 attempts so far and this happens.

I feel your pain. I lost 2 of 4 Dam ingots today. first I have ever lost. In fairness I did HQ 2 of my first 6 Haubies though.

I usually don't bother with support either for t0. I assume there's a rumour that you have a better chance at saving mats on breaks if you do?

Over the past 3 days..

15 NQ dusk gloves, 3 NQ dusk feet 1 break

Not sure what's worse, only breaking 1 hide, or losing as much money as breaking 3 hides by nqing them all.

Edit: Approaching 0/60 iirc on gloves, I have atrocious T0 luck, calling I pull TSM numbers on Dusk Gloves +1 lol.
