As aggravating as that is, the guy was still super cool and one of the rare people I enjoyed synthing for. Didn't harass me, worked around my schedule, looked up mats on his own and even tipped 100k for NQ!

lol, sorry that synth brings back memories.. my wife went break ~> gold ingot lost.. .break no loss.. third synth Adder jambiya.. and all along she wanted the amir jambiya (kris was gonna synth it).. at least nothing lost.. Took me 4 star sapphires lost on quiz to get a corselet +1 (22 synths)

Let me be the first to say how much i love my Weaver's Sign.

Just wanted to point out I 'broke' my errant cape synth twice and didn't lose cape- without a sign. Synthing at 93 was the most stupid thing I've done in a long time and man I swear I was going to have a heart attack. Did it in the end though and now wearing a self signed cape.

Yeah I know, sorry wasn' t trying to be crappy about it - I know what that synth is like I keep almost getting up the guts to restart GP again for my sign... and then running away screaming.

So wait you used all of your gil on 7 snyths of a T1, which theres a good chance you wont get 1 HQ and seeing 2 would be really lucky, and then broke a T0 synth? Go farm or synth T2s that are decent profit (see if its 1/6 HQ profit or breakeven, along those lines) and save up ... blowing all your gil on 7 T1s that have really no sell back and a T0 isn't the brightest thing to do. Some people call the game stupid when in fact it is the person being stupid playing the game <_<.

Tell that to Kripy on Pandy,

He blew all his gil on crafting Cursed Mitts, then he pulled together enough gil for one last synth and HQed it, sold it in 10min for 15m, then thinks "I should go skill up now!" Bought materials to make Errant Cape and he fucking HQed it and sold it for 30m.
