Since it's Jeuno's AH, they stay on sale. Just need to visit Whitegate or Jeuno if you want to buy. That's about it.

The reason the AH fees are lower and theres no bazaar tax is because besieged happens there. The AH NPCs can be abducted, and bazaaring there 24/7 isnt completely safe.
