lol yeah, I noticed that too. They completely screwed up the mob jobs for Mamool in the Thickets in comparison to inside Mamook.

I would say they have decided they have bigger fixes to make than that one, which is minimal in comparison

I never said they needed to actually fix them. They die in 25 seconds anyway so no amount of fixing their spells or whatever else is going to save them, save for enhanced evasion haha.

Remember how long Tzee Xcui Idol was the Dynamis - Windurst boss? Took them something like 18 months after the release of Dynamis to fix this extremely simple typo (to Xicu).

And these maints don't end in JP primetime, but they end pretty early for linkshells that operate in NA primetime, especially if a lot of their members are pacific time. This means HNMs have to go around the clock before they come into NA late primetime, and depending on servers this can take extremely long thanks to fairly light competition during JP hours allowing people to leave NQs up for hours, effectively holding HNM times out of reach. Maints ending at that time of day once in awhile, ok, but recently it seems like that's the scheduled time for every single maintenance, and its getting old.
