Have you seen Warhorse Hoofprint

They just did an emergency maintainance on Wajaom Woodlands, Bhaflu Remnants, Zhayolm Remnants, and Caedarva Mire on my server. Maybe this was to fix the hoofprint.

My theory is that the hoofprint was popping in the 2 remnants areas which are currently inaccessable, and the hoofprint only moves after a certain amount of checks, so when it pops there it remains stationary.

I zoned into Bhaflau Thickets and was promptly kicked out ^^ I think someone messed up and gave "System Message Guy" the wrong zone names.

SE Dev Team:

"Yea the hoofprints are poping in the Remnants, we need to reset Mire, Woodlands, Zhayolm, and the Thickets. Get someone to make a system message"

No... He's saying that they're already looking into the hoofprint issue. But, the person reported an "ASSAULT ISSUE" which has nothing to do with the hoofprint, of which there are none that they know of.

Is it that hard to understand what he's saying?

Some GM's speak "double talk" I fear they are forbidden (at risk of RL death sometimes) to give hints. What that means is "We think something is wrong, we just can't figure out why. Keep sending in bug reports to give it more attention, and wait for a update"

GM: The quest is active, however please check to make sure you are giving the NPC the correct items. Check ffxi.somepage.com for information.

What the GM is saying: You already started the quest, set your reward, but have forgotten what she asked for. Complete that part, re-do the quest, and get your deisred reward

I'm still under the impression that GM's absolutely know nothing at all...Broken quests, game glitches, gilsellers and this crap I think this is the one thing that pisses me about SE, when somethings broke, they don't fix it and leave it as it is until its paycheck day and they need to do something to earn their keep I mean honest to gawd, even if I'm the 8th call from a GM, the ycan sometimesrespond to me 8 hrs later while I'm bazaaring...Great customer support my ass ><
