Been searching for the past week on Kujata with no luck. I've had various others on my server say they haven't been able to find it either. The only times I get a response with a coordinate, the discussion ends up like this:

Person: D-12 Woodlands
Me: When did you see it?
Person: A couple weeks back.
Me: >_<;

Is the hoofprint broken/lost again like it was suggested had previously occurred? Or am I just missing something here?

Heralds pop, that shows that Dark Rider's gonna pop, and then they despawn and the hoofprint is there or at least that's my understanding of it. Basically I was just saying that Loria was the one that found it and let me know.

Ahh, yea i knew about the Dark Bugler or whatever they're called, for some reason I wasn't thinking about those since they never seem to be up for more than a few minutes at a time.

Are we any closer to being 100% sure how the Hoofprint comes about? It seems pretty certain that Dark Rider and his cohorts come out and play every full moon but what causes it to move then completely depop?

I don't think we are 100% sure, but my suspicion is that it works like this:

a) Every full moon, Dark Rider and his friends pop in one of the outdoor areas. Sometime between they pop and depop, the Hoofprint will pop in that same location.

b) Sometime later, the Hoofprint depops. I'm not sure if depops on New Moon, or just after a fixed amount of time, or randomly but I'm pretty sure it does does not stay up until the next Dark Rider pop, because there have been times when it was down everywhere.


Strange thing, when I got my hoofprint, there were actually two Hoofprints right next to each other. Not sure if this is normal.
