Well for me it takes more then hear say and only one pic to prove to me its the only way he pops but hey thats me. That and I dont do imp burns in mires since im a blm so thats why I asked if theres more dark weather in mire then other areas.

Actually, the Japanese he posted doesn't mention Odin or Dark Rider at all. They guess that there's a relation between Besieged and the pop time of the footprint.

They think that it might pop right after Besieged. So which zone it appears in could depend on what monsters are attacking, or have just attacked.

However, none of this makes Tahngarthor any less pointlessly stubborn over the DR/Odin connection.

PPL saw that model in the viewer and get all giddy thinking it's odin, when it turns out to be some NM (that seems to be connected with the AU story). So maybe it's not Odin. Maybe it's a generic Dark Rider. But what's the point of running yourself ragged "fixing" any mention of Odin?
This is how I see it turning out:


Dark Rider becoming Odin (pretty likely)

Dark Rider being a significant character in ToAU that's NOT Odin (not as likely)

Dark Rider not being Odin and everyone saying "Thank GOD Tahngarthor was there to dash my giddy hopes into the ground! I wasn't fooled thanks to his tireless efforts in post editing!"

... not bloody likely


In addition, JP players also call the Dark Rider by "Odin" or "that looks like Odin" just as often on their own boards.

i'm just hoping maintenance didn't somehow depop the hoofprint and we have to wait til "dark rider" pops again to leave another...people have said the hoofprints can stay in one location for a few days, which leads me to believe that dark rider can take several days to repop and leave another hoofprint.

been on the search for a week now with countless hours wasted it seems...if my group had just finished lebros supplies a couple days earlier the prints were just outside in wajaom ><;;

i get the feeling they have somehow popped in an area that we can't access yet and just gonna have to wait til they repop somewhere else...still damn irritating.

I'm posting because i feel like i need to find these god forsaking Hoofprints before I lose my mind, anyways.

I'm from Sylph and a week ago I spotted the print just SE of wajaom.
1 Week later my group finally beated lebros "stupid" supplies. And the print is nowhere to be found :/. We searched EVERYWHERE and we couldn't find it ????. We have seen Jps with SP Title but they won't share the info of where the print is >_<. If someone on Sylph have seen the print recently please post it as soon as possible ^^;. Thx.
