I didnt bother to scroll through all 17 pages of text so i figured i would just ask. Has any server had a lvl 4-5 attack? Last night on Bismarck all three forces attacked going Trolls lv5 > Lamia lv 5 > Mamoll lv 4 and it was pretty chaotic. At the start we were getting raped but slowly we started getting used to it.
At the end we had about 600+ people in the zone fighting and killing everything there lawl it was insane. Trolls were kinda tough but that was because we werent used to them, Lamia was insane because the skeles kept spamming Blood Saber and due to 100+ ppl being right next to them they usually regened to 100%. Mamoll were weak as hell though. Just wonderin if this happened to anyone else yet.

blm's were nerfed. in besieged. they were only nerfed in beseiged, we dont know if theyre going to change it again.

lots of jobs have been nerfed by SE, be happy that its only in something stupid like besieged and not THE REST OF THE GAME THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS. and try to suggest to SE about how you think it should be fixed (though that never seems to work for broken racc).

id tell you not to cry about it but i was pissed when rng was nerfed even though i was only level 30, nevertheless, stop fucking crying about it if you cant excel at only one aspect of the game. id be more than happy to be 1/5th damage in besieged and have my racc and/or damage back vs the rest of the game.

Isn't IS/EXP gained from Besieged based on damage? If you did normal nuke damage on 4 or 5 mobs you'd get hundreds, if not thousands, of IS/EXP. From 1 spell.

Regarding the BLM nef, I did notice at one point the message "The so and so's Magic Def. Bonus wears off." Can it be dispelled? It's possible that's just added defense on top of an already ridiculous defense, but it's also possible that dispelling it will net BLMs some bigger numbers in the future.

That was probably from Puddings, who have a JA that increases magic atk and magic def.

The bonus caps depending on the besieged level. And I nuked alot of stuff and never got higher then 1/4th.

I think it depends on the LVL of the forces invading, lvl 0/1 seemed to cap out at 300 the last time I did it, I'm guessing it goes up in 100's for every LVL.

I dunno, I've never gotten higher than 500. Still, it would be relatively easy for a BLM to hit that cap compared to, say, a THF, WHM, DRG, DRK, etc.

The points you get in besiged are similar to ballista points.

You get points by doing your job. Ie curing, hitting, nuking, songs etc. Brd and whm in my ls almost always get max points. Just sing a few ballad and elegy and you get easy points. For melee it's not hard either just keep hitting stuff. The only way I can cap on blm is to spam sleepga and shit and that usually gets me killed; nukes just dont do enough dmg.

It's easy as hell to get points on PLD.

I usually just have to hold hate thru the lifespan of 2 or 3 mobs (easy if I save up all my Abilities for it) and I'll walk out with max points. I HPed in the middle of a Besieged we had yesterday, came back and tanked a single mob from full to dead, smacked a few other random mobs with my joytoy (never voking or getting hate cause I had like 400 HP lol) and walked out with 690 IS and XP.

I mean it would be easy to cap should the resistance be removed.

And I've never hit cap on MNK. I hit Attack on a yellow mob and it's scooting around dead before I can get a hit in. The only way I've gotten a large amount of points was by killing Mamool Ja's Wyverns.
