So apparently they changed the Snake's missile and landmine graphic for the US release due to censoring. The censorship isn't too big of a day since you'd hardly notice it, but I imagine that explains the 1-month delay. They changed it on his page, but anyone who's seen it before knows what it looks like: http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/characters/snake.html

Oddly enough, they changed it on the JP page too, but I'm pretty sure it's untouched in-game.

Downloaded the whole torrent of the brawl OST , and after hearing everyone say OMGGGGGGG THIS IS SO AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE


I'm highly underwhelmed. I mean sure it has nice tracks, but 313 tracks means the majority of them are meh at best. There's a few gems in there but a lot of it isn't anything super special. I feel some of the artists had too much freedom working on it, or couldn't think of anything to do with the music so they decide playing it out of tune is awesome.

They shoulda just let Nobuo and Koji work together on the whole thing and cut the other artists out (if I remember correctly there's 30+ composers working on it ? ). You can really tell which ones are made by them, the overly done orchestrated ones <3333333333333333 the "Fire Emblem Main theme".

Edit : !!!!! They put in "Pikmin : Forest of Hope" ! Omgz my fav song in Pikmin, I wub. So tranquil.

I was a little Disappointed with the F-Zero tracks they put in (Silence and Mute City are good). They should've added more, or at least remixed them a little bit . Big Blue isn't even on the list!

Ya seriously wtf @ no big blue, well I guess it's because they have it on the older classic SSBM tracks, but then again.. after hearing what they did to mute city, I don't think a remake would have been wise

Mute city is a bit stupid imo, the piano that chimes in every few seconds almost takes as much precedence as the rockin' guitar, as if they're sharing equal value in the song, did not like that much at all.

I can sort of see what you mean. Its strange though, usually Japanese games have more censorship than their American counterparts (although, usually that's in the realm of killing/maiming)

Oh it's not related or anything, I was just pointing it out because I don't like Ameican censorship.

There were some scenes in one of them where they took out all the blood on the walls and stuff but left in the lines where the characters notice the blood. I think it was a PA comic or something, but I couldn't find it.
