Fair price for a Hauberk +1?

Hey all, I got lucky on a synth and I'm hoping to get a rough idea of how much people on various servers charge for Hauberk +1s. On mine, the AH history is filled with people selling it to themselves for strange amounts of gil, so it's hard to tell how much I should charge for this thing.

There's only been one sale since last October here.. was for same price as before but since there is such a short supply I think you could get more. Hovers about 20m, which is kind of dumb since Haubergeon +1 is about 18-20.
