The guy who has a Parade Gorget, Ingram, said it someone crafted a <Goblin><Drinks> (how he said it in auto-trans) and someone traded it to the spot. He also said he wasn't anywhere near the NM and they let him <Cast Lots> on it.

this was added at the same time as selene's bow. Selene's bow uses a plain old sandorian carrot traded during full/new moon, so it's not unreasonable that goblin wolfman pops by trading something silly like a giant sheep meat during full/new moon>_>

Wolfman basically mean werewolf, and full moon would make sense for him. I looked a bit in the mythology and potential cure are milk, salt water and holy water. Blood is possible too I guess
