I wonder if there is somthing along the lines of "Moblin Hate" for this.

I think~ this was added in the same patch as swift belt NMs, You need hate to pop the nms with the codex or nothing pops.

Who knows maybe the right item has been traded lots of times but never by someone with high enough hate.

There is no clear sign that Moblins even have a abnormal hate system, but when everything else has been considerd time to think out side of the box :D

Well, anybody who's been through CoP has killed a fair share of moblins for their gold key, And since nobody knows if hate CAN be reset, It's safe to say that nobody has [intensionally] reset their hate.

Also Swift Belt gives you an indication of how much fomor hate you have, where as AFAIK, this is the same message upon poking.


Good train of thought, More outside the box thoughts would be awesome.

Maybe Parade Gorget is a ghost

The post basically says Parade Gorget was added in patch so and so and it's refresh like that of a SMN and seems to be related to TP.

Well, he will begin trading now and see if he can obtain the item.

He checks the writings and reads the msg. It says it's thirsty.

He doubts he can win with 65 PLD but he will still try.

Nothing happens, nothing happens, nothing happens....

He then proceeds to say trigger information is not clear or has yet to be fixed. He then says it might be associated with trading in a full moon night and it may also not only be 1 item, but maybe a combination.

Also mentions that it might be a drop from another NM that you have to trade, or Movalpolos Water.

I spent a lot of time in Oldtown Movalpolis with Zoldof when I was working on his gear. (Harness and galka panties FTW!) I probably got the chest a half dozen times after I got the map, it was gil every time.

I have yet to see a coffer key from Newtown Movalpolis. ;_;

I don't know of any confirmed drops from the Newton coffers, other than the map, so you may be on to something.

Newton Coffer keys drop from the Bugbears that "guard" the beginning of the zone, in the far northern entrance from Oldton. I did this several months ago while still on my "collect-every-map-in-the-game" OCD.

Maybe I will try sending keylogger to thief in my ls. If I'm lucky, it would be faster than leveling thief to just use their character and see what is inside.

Not in Movalpolos, but there's Chemicalcook Chemachiq. Though not quite what you're looking for...

Not in Movalpolos, but there's Chemicalcook Chemachiq. Though not quite what you're looking for...

Yeah, it's for riverne map.

What I'm looking is for "goblin cook". There is goblin fisher, goblin digger, goblin fireman, goblin smithy, and most of those usually drop item related to their job. I was looking for a goblin cook to get ingredient that could possibly be used for goblin drink >_>

The goblin in the back room of the goblin shop in lower jeuno is supposedly a cook. Not that he provides goblin drinks or anything.
