What if Movalpolis *cannot* be under beastman control when you trade?

I mean, he's thirsty and is clearly asking for something...if it's not under beastman control technically he couldn't get a drink from a regional vendor.

I'm really tired, so I"m probably not making sense...but maybe the area has to be under a nation's control and not beastmen to trade.

Another idea. There is a regional vendor in movalpolis, but has anyone tried to mix some of those items up into a recipe? It's a longshot, but isn't anything we try?

I tried a handful or random things tonight. Most of it has been tried already I'm sure. The few things I'll bother mentioning have probably been tried too, but oh well:

Tried downing a Hermes Quencher and then clicking the writings, after trying to trade the quencher itself.

Tried trading various combinations of Goblin Cup, Fingernail Sack, Teeth Sack, Goblin Die and Distilled water. Would like to try it with Moval water, but theres none availalable. These items, particularly the cup and fingernail sack that refer to rot tea, seemed the most promising, and still have some avenues to explore when combining other things that could be used for rot tea. But I'm out of ideas for what else to add.

Tried trading all 8 drinks that give MP regen (other than cursed), all at once and in various random combinations.

Tried 1, 12, and 24 Bittern(sp), the thing made from Salinators and used only in some tofu recipe.

Obviously none of that worked. Probably Bagel's fault.

If anyone wants to try the "not under beastmen control" theory, I think you might have a small window inbetween conquest updates? (Not sure if that only happens if your country originally had control.. probably best to just take a bunch of people there to xp lol)

If regional control were a variable in the pop conditions, wouldn't the scrawled writing not appear if the region is under beastman control? Are there any other forced spawn NMs that the ??? is up when the conditions aren't correct?

Also, I was trying to research the rumored ???s in the DATs. I found the post I was thinking of ( http://www.theorderls.com/phpBB2/viewto ... c&start=13 ), but I don't recall any posts explaining what the ???s in the file are.

Well, since there are 2 scrawled writings, has trading to both at the same time been tried? Kind of like with the PM mission, I forget which, where you click both buttons at the same time to open the door.

I could have sworn I saw somewhere that there was 2, I've went down there and tried popping with like training a bunch of mobs and clicking...no luck of coarse. Guess thats why I could only find one...

Well, it can spawn in 3 different locations (that I know of). But it's never in more than one place simultaneously, and it is thought to change locations only when it's popped, or when a server maintenance happens.

I wonder if this is supposed to be obtained by some kind of crazy means. I mean if it gives you refresh when you have 75% of your HP then there must be some kind of catch on how obtaining such a godly item for being only level 50.

I'm just saying that there has to be something else other than an item involved unless the item (or ingredient) comes from some high level event. Since like others have said, why did Fell want NO ONE near him when he popped this? It's not like they could figure out what he used now could they?
