Because of his association with the X-Men, Juggernaut is often mistakenly labeled a mutant. Juggernaut traditionally possessed huge power, of mystical origin. He had tremendous physical strength, a total resistance to physical injury due to his mystic spell of invulnerability; an impenetrable force field that he could summon at will; and unlimited stamina. His spell also granted him unbreakable skin, therefore making his forcefield an added protection in case he did not wish for a certain attack to touch his physical body. Due to the mystical energies flowing through his body, he did not need to eat, breathe, or drink fluids. As a vessel of mystic energy, he also possessed many abstract powers that had yet to be fully revealed. Finally, while moving, he could, essentially, not be stopped, except in extreme cases such as when he fought the Incredible Hulk and the psychic being Onslaught. To compensate for his most significant vulnerability — to telepathic assault — he also wore a helmet of a mystical alloy, which prevented his mind from being read or attacked.

If anything, they drew this Juggernaut from the Ultimate X-Men version, which is and always was a mutant, just one with super strength and a high resistance to physical damage.

Since when do comic to film type movies follow the exact plot as the original comics? Come on, they couldn't even follow novels like LoTR or Da Vinci Code which didn't have quiet as many storylines as most comics do.

Overall I thought the movie was pretty cool, even though there were parts that I didn't like. Things like Cyclops' unresolved death, Storm's bigger (yet dragging [I felt like each time she had a major speaking part it was almost forced into the movie]) part, Rogue losing her powers (but the effect of "The Cure" might be temporary since Magneto was moving those chess peices near the end of the movie). Also, were was Night Crawler? I liked him in the last movie.

1. She is a class 5 mutant, whereas only like 4 other mutants in the X-men universe are class 5, Iceman, Apocalypse and 2 others cant remember atm, her 2 main abilities are to read people's minds and to move things with her telekinetic ability. Her destroying shit in the movie is her telekinetic ability to move the atoms apart of all those objects/living beings in her path. Phoenix was merely her 2nd persoanlity that Xavier helped keep dormant(when he picked her up as a child), but when she died in movie 2, it was still there so to speak to wrap her in a "telekinetic" cocoon, and keep her alive. And in movie 3, Xavier failed to reput that side of her in a dormant enough state where Jean could control herself 100% of the time(Phoenix basically won, think of "id" from Xenogears at the end of disc 1).
2. Cyclops is truly dead. Phoenix could still theoretically come back.

If you played that X-men: The Movie game you'd know why nightcrawler isnt in the movie. in the game he faces his "evolved" mutant self deep in his conscious and leaves to figure things out.

please tell me that iceman is not stronger than magneto and xavier. iceman is a fucking bitch in these movies and pisses the hell out of me.

At some point Iceman becomes entirely water and can not be killed.

you mean ice. in the comics magneto helps him reach that stage and then iceman can make it snow just by thinking it.. the only downside is once iceman is at that point he cant transform back to his human form.. but he can change the color of the ice on his body to appear flesh like.
