I've been having little trouble at all lately trying to farm and mine, my normal methods of gilmaking(mining provides metalworking materials at little cost, no I'd never mine just to sell ores. @_@ No money in it.) After the huge banning in February, gilseller activity on titan was pretty quiet for the most part. About three days ago, they all came out of the fucking woodwork. Everywhere I have been farming or mining is now covered up with those whorebags. I won't go into predator/prey models, but for fuck's sake, 8 people farming the 8-9 goobbues by the Boyhada Tree entrances? 2 people at the Keeper of Halidom spawn point? Jesus Christ on a pogo stick, does the phrase "waste of time" only mean something to people who speak english? Not only are they fucking up my farming, but they are competing with 4-5 other gilsellers as well. As for mining, I can tag a mining point about one time, maybe twice before Beaquarius or Virgogirl are all over it robbing my ores. It makes me want to cry that SE made it impossible for us to deal with that trash. /rant off

Reading this thread makes me really depressed... I have yet to hear of a successful gil seller group attempt Dynamis or any HNM besides Behemoth. CGF found sky out seemingly and are farming it a lot more than they used to, think I saw maybe an alliance or more of them actively going after triggers compared to the normal party that likes to camp ulli 24/7.

Gilseller situation is depressing on Ragnarok for trying to get Ulli. When ppl know it's due to pop, I swear it's starting to look like aery inbetween those 4 pillars. It's demoralising, because what the hell are we supposed to do? Can't even play the game almost.

Yesterday we arrived there, and were fighting our first statue when Ulli popped without us being ready and a taru drew him back to the porter. There we found a party going to kill it. What was really amusing, and btw this is happening at like Serket too; but another gs group came, and were actually trying to make the first group die/lose claim. They all stood in one line, so the kiter would get stuck on ppl as they did laps around the porter. We tried similar stuff too, our 5 person pt. We cured the mages a bit, then our rdm would ds+convert. We managed to actually pull Ulli out into the main room while it was still claimed by them, lol. It went yellow only once, but we couldn't steal claim. They used blockaid about 1/3rd of the way into the fight and eventually killed it. :\

Really really annoys me. Ppl probably wouldn't be as bothered about gs if they actually accumulated their gil in ways that bothered no one. But when they do this with ulli (and the rest of the triggers), or take up dynamis slots, etc., it's very irritating. And the problem is with *all* of this stuff, is that they probably don't give a damn about dying at all. Raise 1, wait for weak, and keep going.

My main beef is that, the asuran GS have pretty much completed ZM/CoP along with BCNMs like the ones that give both sets of L72 earrings. Those two offer great Rare/Ex. What I find surprising is that some are on the "cutting edge" and have even gotten around to obtaining Walahra Turbans. Getting something that's been implemented within 3 months... These are the same people that write broken english.

Something I find odd is that, if these people do try and sell items for gil in order to get into that RMT. Then why are they rubbing SH+1, speed belts in our faces. Sure it improves their overall performance at doing whatever they do... but wouldn't their Number 1 priority be getting gil in order to feed themselves? I guess the Asuran community purchases alot of gil/items from these guys (enough for them not to worry about feeding themselves or paying rent) for them to spend/keep these very lucrative items.

Because they have more gil than they can sell to IGE in a given week, because they have more items than they can turn into gil in a given week. Listen to Gant shouting in Jeuno some time; Kirin's Osode, Byakko's Haidate, Speed Belt, Alkyoneus Brc., etc etc etc all for sale. Yet they ALL still have Osodes because they do a full set of triggers/gods every 6-12 hours, and Kirin 10+ times a week.

They don't even sell their shining cloths on AH anymore, they have a clothcraft toon levelled to 98 who synths them directly into nobles and undercuts the price of the cloth so that no other clothcrafters want to even touch the stuff. They have a bonecrafter near or at 100 too.

I hear they even give away the rot abjurations free if you're in sky. After all, giving away neptunal papers drives the sales of their angel skins.

And I haven't even gotten into the unrelated blue-collar 24/7 crafters like the xy* & qsqs* team (camps spiderwebs off ah literally 24/7; check the last 10 sales for rainbow thread stacks, about 8/10 are theirs at 200k profit per stack) , prdki+yhnu the hq staff makers, the mnbv* team which spams ninja tools all the time. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to identify these people; you'd think SE would care enough about their "tough stance against RMT" to ban them.
