That's the point. If one or the other is up you could have already used it and gotten that damage.

For me it'll depend on a few things.
1) Damage difference between SA, TA and DE individual spammage vs SA+MS and TA+MS spammage.
2) How cool Mercy is.
3) And how much #1 matters will depend on the quality of party I'm in.

Stacking TA or SA with mercy adds something like 250-300 damage to the dagger-borne damage. 3x multiplier and big modifier ftw.

Can't speak for Mandau and Mercy Stroke obviously, but with a Blau Dolch and standard offhand weapon, and using DE as primary weapon skill, splitting up all 3 of SA, TA, and WS outparses stacking DE with either ability.

Still very dependent on your rate of TP, food, as well as the mobs you're fighting. I don't think DE split from TA/SA would outparse SB/DE alternated with TA or SA if you were fighting mobs closer to IT like Mamooks and Juriks.

But ya, with Mandau I think the way to go would be to alternate it with SA or TA as Wafik does bc of that huge 3x rTP at 100TP and 60% STR mod. Also, if you're chaining Puks or using them as chain fillers, SA or TA + a 1 hit WS is going to provide much better results if you're flashed.

As for my progress..... managed to get the 1800 currencies needed for Dagger S1-3 in the two weeks since I got Bow paper and decided not to do it lol. Didn't take as long as I expected and wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it'd be. Just sold off a few mannequin trinkets I never used. 0/2 on Atts. of Celerity now and I still need the S1 relic dagger. Next on the chopping block....all my prized, but unused RNG stuff. Hopefully it nets me 60-100m... we'll see.

btw i tried xp'ing, a nice dmg boost :D 1800 on mercy isnt so rare anymore the ninja couldnt pull the mob off me, just TP'ing. Voke got it's attention slightly, then back to me, same with warcry. He even swapped to full enmity / eva setup

If you want to have some fun, go to Appylon SE and do a SATA SC Mercy Stroke on the Slime NM on the first floor.

A few months back I did a SATA DE on it for 3200. That was with a Thief Knife.

I'm guessing you would break 10K.

I thought that's how it was for THF sub but THF main gets the benefit of SATA on all attacks. [thought]
