I tended bar in a restaurant like that for a few years. That movie is so dead on its uncanny. We had all the characters:

The Penis Game head cook (although it was your ass at my place)
The pissed off line cook (Dane Cook!)
The pissant waiter
The player that all the girls made fun of after they slept with him
The crazy bitch who has been waiting tables too long
The wanna be bus boys
etc.

Seriously, they were all there, and are probably at every place. I cried laughing from about 10 seconds after I popped the DVD in, until the movie ended. How this wasn't nominated for best picture...I have no idea.
