if you want more bang for your buck, you'd never sell anything with IGE, they're the cheapest (I know this because our biggest RMT NA once said how IGE sucks and you should never deal with them unless you enjoy being ripped off).

If your curious as to how much your player is worth check eBay for accounts.
Search: FFXI Accounts
Look at the accounts listed and their gear/loots and compare your gear/loot/jobs to them. Then figure your price based on the median price range for where your character fits in.
