I don't think it's an issue of the code they've written for the zone being irrepairably damaged. As someone already pointed out, they mess with things on Atomos until the code is ready to go live. What I think Danuve was referring to is that there might be some state of Nyzul that wasn't supposed to be toggled until people have legitimate access to the zone. Like, if the ToAU enemy forces had started prepping for Besieged before we had access to the boat quest, we wouldn't have had the Astral Candy when it started.

I thought ToAU enemy forces were prepping for Besieged a few days before we had access, and they just reset them and the ACs and all that when they made it go live, though? (Not that any ACs woulda been gone since the build rate was ridiculously slow)
