well i removed the EXE file and the keys from the regedit... now all i have to do is get my POL account back.. which i cant do til service center is back up at 12 PM EST... where i can report it hacked and get it rolled back to what it was yesterday... hopefully i can get it done.. anyone know where i can find a password generater.. one that would work really good for POL?

At first, he tried to tell me in POL that I would have to call SE about account security. I told him they'd tell me the same thing they did months ago, that they won't do shit unless I can verify the current credit card info. He said that that's all that could be done, and that the POL GM service was for ingame issues foloowed by a huge speech. After reading the first line, I replied with, "No it isn't. I'm not talking with you because I want to, I'm talking with you because POL promted me to. Theres a suspension on my account, I want it lifted." That's when he finally decided to actually look at my account information and see that :O! I was right.

He allowed me to enter FFXI, and promtly tried to suspend me for advertising third party programs. I pleaded my case to him for about 30 minutes, that that wasn't me, that it was the hacker doing that, but to no avail. Following suit with every other GM save Gludd, he didn't bother listening to reason and suspended me anyway. It's temporary, thank god, but a suspension nonetheless.

All my rare/ex gear is there, everything in storage is there, and most of the stuff I had in my Mog House is there. I'm missing about 9mil, Forager's Mantle, Flame Ring, Minuet Earring, a few random BRD stuffs, and maybe 3000exp. BUT I STILL HAVE MY SPIKE NECKLACE YESSSS!!!

I've showed my lawyer this thread, explained the entire situation, and he thinks I've got enough to take to the police. I'm gonna try to make Danuve lose his job over this too, that's gotta be something along the lines of negligence and wrongful accussation.

I don't think Danuve is necessarily in the wrong, he probably doesn't have all the information to sort this situation out. Best bet is to call Square Enix and have them pull up the credit card records for your account so they can see that it was changed and was not under your control for the period of time under which the violations occured.

He was in the wrong because he took action without having all the nesicary(sp, I hate that word) info, and didn't bother to get it. He banned me without confirmation one way or the other, whether I was advertising hacks or not. He simply assumed it was me cause it was my character. I even said to him, "Suddenly my billing info changes and I'm advertising hacks and syphoning out all my gil and valuable items to another account? I don't think so." He still didn't care.

Hmmm i'm at work and I cant check images, but was my name on the list? I downloaded a parser the other day to see my epeen vs other people with my thiefy gear, and now some other dude just said their name is on the list since they were told it was a parser too

At the moment, is there any reason to use any parser other than Spyle's? Eh, will be funny when I finally release my parser and everyone is scared to download it lol.
