Getting booted at the end of beseiged sucks. I've lost about 3500 xp+is from being kicked with 1-2 minutes to go. I even got kicked once after getting the message "the mamool ja savages have retreated" but before the ending cutscene, and of course got no xp/is.

And I contribute more as my lv58 blm/whm, curing stunning and raising, than I do as my mnk/nin dealing otherwise irrelevant damage, so take your "I'm 75 I'm more entitled than you" attitude and show up early next time.

That's great that you help out curing, stunning, and raising; but the vast majority of the people leeching XP and IS in Besieged are not helping out. In the last Mammol Ja attack, it would have been awesome if the half dozen people who were standing around curing themselves had bothered curing Zazarg instead so maybe we would not have come so close to losing.

2. Besieged is the absolute fastest way to get a lot of IS very quickly. Sure, you could merit and net 20k per hour at impburn, but that's still only about 200 IS per hour. A long Besieged will take an hour of your time for 700 IS. That IS translates into Runic Portal passes and Sanction bonuses, both of which require the presence of the Astral Candy in Al Zahbi to function.

1) 2000 IS for 20k XP. It's 1k IS per merit.
2) While you do gain really fast 700IS at beseiged, even "merely decent" merit parties are overall faster, because beseiged only happens sporadically whereas you can grind for hours on merits.

If you ever see him, he is always charging into a pack of mobs, at least from my experience he does get hit with AoEs and at times he pulls hate and gets smacked on often, so he does get below 100% hp, fortunately for him, Asura has its fair share of Galka lovers like Sept and are willing to be his love-slave during every besieged.

I actually like him out of the others, attitude wise, if you ever talk to him while bored, he likes to boast about his fighting in the front lines and tells you during a besieged to just stand back while he fights, I guess they made him to be the "soldier's" general.

How about SE makes Besieged worthwhile to level 75 people and let the 700XP it gives go to either XP or Limit Points depending on what mode the person is set on. I bet you'd see a lot of those 'level 40 leechers' disappear. Too bad SE wouldn't do something logical.
