OK, now that it is actually working, my voice input is extremely low for some reason. I basically have to shout for people to hear me on TS. All the settings are up all the way, so I'm thinking it might just be a problem with my headset. Any other ideas?

well.. there IS a mic boost function...
or if you dont mind yelling, you have no problem.

right click the sound thingy in the taskbar, and go to adjust audio properties.
go to voice and click volume on the voice recording press options then advanced on microphone, then click 1 mic boost and your done.
