Gil sellers are well known for using pos tools so they're hardly playing by the rules.

Actually from my experience most rmt don't use 3rd pt tools. I've camped amemet before, and lemme tell you that elvaan and taru that are there 24/7 suck at pulling. I think a lot of them avoid the use of tools since I think they're well aware that people must gm them all the time, and though gms can't do jack to prove they are rmt, they can prove they're using tools. Which is a bannable offense.

Sky though is probably a different story since they've got competition 24/7. But even then I'd assume if they're smart only 1 or 2 of their players have to tools if anything rather than all of them.

Let me make some things clear to you since the TOS also states. "The TOS can change at any point without the knowledge of the player base." The reason why they say this is because situations change, new violations emerge ECT. They arn't going to keep updating the TOS and they leave it vague for a reason.

Monopolization of NM/HNM's - Policy is not as clear cut as you say it is. The reason why is obvious. New situations emerge. This policy was worded extremely wrong because if you speak with a GM (LIKE MYSELF) they will tell you, "Only way to monopolize an NM/HNM spawn is to do one of the following to prevent players from being in the same area as the NM/HNM; MPK, Harassment, or holding of the NM or it's placeholders." You call a GM and say "SO and SO is monopoloizing the Stroper Chyme." The GM's official response is, "What are they doing to monopoloize the spawn." You reply, "They have been there for 24/7 camping the same NM over and over for months." GM's official response, "I'm sorry, but that is not monopolization. Monopolization is <insert policy above>. Do you have any other matters I can assist you with today?" And that ends the call.

Gil sellers - Gil sellers while players think this is cut and dry simply because a player states he is a gil seller he is guilty of buying or selling gil. WRONG. It's just as you guys don't believe me here that I am a GM because I say I am a GM. Just because he says he sells gil dosn't mean he actually does. You need to have a complete offering of a transaction to make it a violation. "I'll sell you X amount of gil for X amount of dollars US currency." this "Do you want to buy gil" or "I sell gill" or " Xi Sue Mi Jo Ti Gil? Do you need it?" crap dosn't work. It has to be a clear cut offering.

Previous actions - 800+ accounts were terminated (this said on the information section) but what isn't read is they wern't all terminated for "Gil Selling" or "Monopolization" as the information section said. They were all terminated because of repeat offenses in MPK, Third Party Software, Harassment, or even offering to sell gil. Not because they were there 24 hours a day. You going to go and get someone arrested because they sit outside a candy store 24 hours a day, and right when the store opens they go and buy all of YOUR favorite candy? No, it won't happen. The cops will laugh you're ass all the way to jail for filing a false report.

As I previously posted Quinsisdos, I'm not "Deepthroat" nor do I share is "words of wisdom." What I can say since I am still under contractual obligations to keep my trap shut, because they are afraid people like me would go out there and do as "Deepthroat" did, is that not everything SE tells you is exactly as it is worded. They are very political in what they do, and for every 1 thing they tell you, there are a dozen things they don't. Keep that in mind when you go to claim an NM, and there are STILL a group of 2-6 Chinese Gil Sellers laughing at you because they can claim things before you and they can still get away with the SE's and Your form of "Monopolization"

Try looking at it from their perspective though, from a cops perspective as well. Eventually after dealing with everyones fucktardness, you just stop caring and ignoring them because their idiots.

For example, a newb comes to these boards asking a basic question. Whats the first thing out of everyones mouth? 'GTFO, GO TO ZAM!' Instead of helping. GMs are too tired of dealing with the same nooby questions 'lol ban gil sellers NOWZ' and just dont care to answer or deal with them.

And honestly, no one, but GMs themselves know how SE runs, you cant say anything, you cant say they arnt doing anything, you cant say they dont care, you do not know what SE is doing. Hell the GMs themselves probably dont know the ins and outs of the operation.

Theres a good reason that GMs/rl cops dont say much, because if they say the wrong thing, do the wrong actions, theyre fucked out of a job and maybe worse.

The only way SE will ever change anything is if there money supply is effected. The only way this will happen is Several people quit, or some type of lawsuit, for there shitty way of not holding to there tos agreement

Gilseller NM Camper: deplete NMs and keep a monopoly of items.

In the end RMT want to earn RM. Thats where SE can and should catch them. In SE position I would got onto http://www.ige.com and order an amount of Gil. Then let the Gil be delivered ingame. The char who hands over the Gil is 100% RMT. Now observe the Gil transactions of all characters of this account for a month an you will get the whole gang.

FFXI is nothing else than a huge database with all game details in it. For SE it's easy to keep track of things like Gil transactions of specific Characters.

Delete all this accounts will hurt them alot. They will lose all the Gil and items and high level characters and need to buy new games. ( I guess SE will like the last point most ^^)

I am not 100% sure but doesn't the TOS include a term that SE can ban you at any time without reason ?

As long as you can buy Gil at IGE and similar pages the work is not done.

It was nice to read and se that some GMs do care but are just out of power to make changes.

But I don’t se how they can’t take action against those few players that have been reported over and over for monopolizing HNM and! Those items that they hunt over and over for moth they don’t own on their chars, they use some crap rare ex gear that they cant sell >.< skyfightonline building an army here its insane a lvl 65 thf in lvl 1 rse and 2 bone daggers. I have banned him and his static for mpk but that was only for 4 days they have come back. The gm realized that this is gilsellers in training and told me he cant take action against them yet, but does realize what they are doing. He saw them die to a mob that they dragged to our camp and that’s the only reason they got a few days off. ( one good thing to memo on these skyfight members is that they suck at pulling)

One day that I am bored I plan on /following motherboard ALL day everywhere and set my homepoint where his is. The poor guy must be very hungry for rise; he is now 5 boxing now.
