As far as Heavy Metal goes, Avenged Sevenfold is my favorite

For Rock n' Roll, newest favorite band would be Soundgarden but bands like Velvet Revolver and Shinedown are also great.

Words cannot describe just how amazing this song is. I've listened to it for 15-20hours at a time back to back, while EXPing/doing random shit on FFXI. Its fucking hypnotic.

Open Car and Mellotron Scratch are almost as good but nothing touches that song.

Actually, the song 'Even Less' is good too. But well, too soft IMO.

As great as all these songs are, nothing beats the collective brilliance of In Absentia.
