Could it possibly be "counted" in the way that Moat Carp's are counted? The text indicates its total trades but you never know with SE. All I know is some poor bastard is going to end up with a stack of antacids and a couple hermes potions.

You need 1000 for skillup, 10000 for level up.

Actually, there's one thing I'm wondering... if I remember right Pebble's item viewer does tell if an item can be traded, sold, auctioned, etc. If that's the case, it just doesn't seem like this would be the means to get the drink.

If I remember correctly, it can be traded, but not sold on at the AH (like many of the other pop items released in the Parade Gorget patch).
