Bercus : I would like to ask something about the Parade Gorget. I understand normally SE would not answer questions regarding mysteries/game achievements. This piece of gear is different.
It has been sighted on the Ifrit server on 3 different characters, and a fourth has just been discovered. All other servers have been trying for 8-12 months attempting to discover the requirements to obtain this piece of gear, but there has been no luck. There are 50-60 pages long Threads on various Forums, but noone can find it out since a year.

Are there plans to give hints how to pop the NM (I think Goblin Wolfman) for this Item or make it more visible for us players?

Ok, split this off from the questions thread. At any rate, reading this thread and the interview questions thread made me wait with bated breath to see if the Gorget Question would be solved, but alas, no.

My opinion of this is, S-E is waiting to see if people are patient enough to "hack" their own solution to getting Parade Gorgets to drop. Once upon a time, around 2 years ago, a small group of people with a lot of patience cracked the "secret code" to the Strange Apparatus/Infinity Core puzzle. Finding the correct pop technique or synthing a Goblin Drink may be their latest puzzle, and once it's solved, they'll introduce yet another obscure puzzle somewhere within ToAU.

I mean, think about it.
RotZ -> Strange Apparatus & Dynamis, Hakutaku cluster recipe & pop
CoP -> Parade Gorget
ToAU -> ???

Not entirely true, in an interview it was asked if they were decorations or did they serve any purpose, because at that point everyone gave up that the passwords did anything.

After the interview, it was confirmed they were in fact used for something, and they hinted at how to break the code too, and it was done.

The cards are quite simple. They're used so you don't get aggro by other of the same cards. While it seems useless, if I recall correctly, there's one BCNM that this effect makes much easier.. I do believe the cards even say what they do on them.. Or am I incorrect about that? Haven't gotten/used one since Opo-opo crown quest...
