Gonna try a few recipes on my fiancee's cooking mule, this one included, and see if we have any luck. I don't trust the 2x greens, so I bought some random items to replace the one of them as well. I'm sure some of them are repeats, but eh, what the hell:

The quoted recipe doesn't go, no synth.

Replacing one of the greens with a wild onion.. no synth.

Replacing one of the greens with a rarab tail (idk).. no synth.

Replacing one of the greens with a BAT FANG (rawr fang), no synth.

Replaced a greens with a rolanberry, no luck.

Guess we'll have to wait for the next hint. >.>

Since the Goblin Drink is supposed to be made from strained vegetables my guess is that there are 2 vegetables left with mov/distilled water and maybe a goblin item for the last 2 items. San d'Orian Carrot might be another ingredient but I'm not sure what other vegetables there are in this game.

Hmm.. I remember a while back I had suggested looking at Vegetable Soup ingredients and trying to make a drink out of those (Frost Turnip, San d'Orian Carrot, Eggplant, LaTheine Cabbage, Bay Leaves, Wild Onion, Rock Salt, Distilled Water).

So far, Frost Turnip, Wild Onion, and LaTheine Cabbage are in, with Gysahl Greens being an odd one out.

I wonder if the next two might be Eggplant and San d'Orian Carrot (from Soup), or Batagreens and Rarab Tail (from Gruel)...

Its great and all they are releasing hints for the recipe. I just wish they would give hints on where the source was, or how we could of figured this out without this assistance. So in the future people dont just give up and say "ahh lets just wait till they tell us" Not saying anyone "gave up" but it seems obvious there were a select few who figured this receipe out, and I am not sure it was just from trial and error.

I think the two turnip thing was a translating mistake. Gonna try experimenting with a few more synths in a little bit (especially some of the ingredients from that vege stew that we had lying around). Still no moval water on Bahamut though.

Ok to clarify with a literal translation:

"Goblin Drink Recipe (sono) 2
Frost Turnip and Wild Onion"

There is no つ after the "2" to indicate a counter, which means that it is NOT indicating 2 turnips, but rather "Recipe (part) 2"
