From the way they said it, I think Distilled Water is a reasonable guess. I am also guessing the last ingredient is some type of blood (it's a wolfman after all).

The only curveball the revealed recipe has had was the Watermelon, seriously WTF. As for the Frost Turnip, it made perfect sense is one of the items to test synth with.
