Latent seems to be 75%+ HP. It stopped when he was hit into yellow, and then with regen it kicked back in around 76-77%, so it could be calculated on base HP, or we might have just been slow to notice.

My friend, crafter & DRK has made 2, one with HQ support, one without. He is a 71 crafter, and got .1 on each. He's making more now.

Okay, latent is weird. PLD wearing most of his armor it activates at 78%+, naked it activates at 85%+.

No because the naked value was like 1144/1337 (85%) and the geared value was 1249/1604 (77%), which would have been well over 85% of base.

Edit: Exact values may be off by 1 or 2 because we used regen to trigger it.
