You can un-doubtably file a lawsuit on them, there has been many cases in the past for literly the exact same reason, tho I dont know if you want to take it that far.. I dont recall the acuall case name nor the game but someone had sued for being banned wrongfully and won like 10,000$s in damages + their account and money was reinstated, do the same in your case I can almost garentee you win (long as u acually didnt do anything)
