What constitutes a hoe check you ask? Very simple. Here is an example

You have 2 people. One person being yourself, another being an unsuspecting victim.

We'll use Belkin and Bunshin as an example.

**Enter Bunshin**
Belkin>> Bunshin
Bunshin>> ??
Belkin>> Hoe check
Bunshin>> =(

That is the standard, everyday hoe check. There are many variations that apply to different situations, but are more difficult to use.

This is an example of a failed hoe check.

**Enter Bunshin**
Belkin>> Hey Bunshin
Bunshin>> no hoe check -- sup?
Belkin>> =(

If you say "no hoe check", it is automatic safety -- and if they proceed with the hoe check anyway they are either
A.) Blind
B.) Mentally retarded
C.) Both A & B
