That was the most epic game of football I've ever seen. I really didn't think a game in this world cup could top Argentina vs. Mexico but, boy, that sure as hell did. Both teams went out there with a strong desire to win it instead of a strong desire to not lose and gave us an ironclad classic.

The team that played France in that match was no where near being the best in the world. Brazil played horribly the entire cup and France beating them means jack shit honestly. I still believe they have a good chance though.

France was playing horrible at the start of the cup.. but they really stepped it up against Spain, who looked like one of the stronger teams in the begining. If they can play like that against Portugal then maybe they can win.

Brazil may have slipped this year, or the other teams got better, but either way Brazil has proven to be a very good team.

Also Kaka didn't play vs France, that had an impact. Same as Frings(sp) wasn't in the lineup for Germany.

I really want to see France take it, but i think it's gonna be Portugal vs Italy.

This was an awesome game. They scored 2 goals in the last few minutes of the second overtime lol. If they went to overtime field kicks germany would have won it for sure. But its like Germany just gave up after the first goal then they got another one it. I was really surprized when the second one went in.

Btw I dont think France will win against Portugal. They've been doing good but as previously stated Brazil hasn't been doing good recently.

Germany didnt give up after the first goal, they did what they had to do and sent everyone rushing forward trying to tie it with the 1 minute left in the 2nd OT, they just got caught up on the counterattack by Italy. The first goal was nice, but the 2nd was nothing special.
