What difference does it really matter who can use the item more? I mean sure its nice to have WAR lvled so that job can use it as well, but who attended more?

If person A has 400 points and person B has 200 points (both wanting E.Body) then duh person A should get it. That person has saved their points and been attending king camps. They put the time in and patiently waited for a nice payoff. If the leader of the ls cant be happy for them then wtf can you do about it?

Ejac, I have nothing with a BST getting Adaman Hauberk. I have a problem with a BST getting the third Adaman Hauberk that drops when we have about 8 warriors who still needed one. The point distribution at the time was 458.5 for Raven to Nich's 450.

This kind of situation is why point system often work with point ranges--ie, if you're in the same point range then the loot is distributed by casted lots or lotted in a need-before-greed manner.

I don't think you can really claim need in any case for E. body. It's not like it's zomg better than a hauberk/geon +1 or NQ for that matter. Give it to whoever has points/time. I'm never going to get one, it's a nice item but it's not exactly game breaking.

I agree... but most shell leaders don't start endgame shells to abide by rules. Those pesky things get in the way of loot whoring.

You can debate need vs greed all you want... but I think it would totally suck to be in a shell where you can spend all those hours earning those hundreds of points, and be unable to lot your equip without all this drama.

You mean aside from the 4 str, 4 dex, 3 acc, 3 attack over hq hauberk (and more over NQ, and hq is quite quite expensive)? That's quite a significant amount better, especially seeing how beastmaster even with blueberk will still be doing the lion's share of his damage through a pet.
